Automatic Sheet Fed Paper Embossing Machine

The speed of automatic embossing machine is 5500 s/h. The feeder is equipped with 4 lifting suction cups and 4 carrier suction cups, driven by air pump. There are two controllers in front of the feeder and the machine will stop automatically when it runs two or more sheets. The air draft below the feeding cardboard makes the paper feeding process more stable. There is paper deflecting control at the front stop; if paper is deflected or can’t arrive, machine will automatically stop.

The embossing section is composed of rubber roller and plate roller. The diameter of rubber roller is 455mm, wrapped by a layer of 1.9mm thick printing rubber blanket. The diameter of plate roller is 455.5mm, wrapped by a layer of 1mm thick stainless steel plate. Paper is bitten through the teeth on the rubber roller and then embossed designed figures through the two rollers.

Main performance: We can fit the exquisite refraction plate on the surface of the plate roller and deep emboss the refraction pattern on special paper such as paper sheet, golden / silvery film laminated cardboard or PET film.

Automatic embossing machine is PLC controlled with frequency converter driving motor and the pressure between the two rollers is 650 tons.
